摘要
提高控制系统的抗干扰能力可以提高它的稳定性和可靠性 .文中分析了程控机械手肋骨冷弯机的 PLC控制系统的内部干扰源及外部干扰源 ,从系统供电 ,输入输出信号 ,系统接地及电缆敷设等四个方面提出了抗干扰措施 ,并以青山船厂 1 60 t程控机械手肋骨冷弯机的控制系统为例 。
In order to enhance the stability and reliability of the contol system,anti-interference capability must be improved in control system.An analysis is made on internal and external interference source of PLC system in the paper.Some concrete anti-interference measures are presented from the aspects of power supply,signal system,earthing system and so on. For instance ,160t PLC control system of frame bending machine with manipulator controlled by programmable controller of Qingshan shipyard indecates that these measures are very useful for improving anti-interference capability and liability of PLC control system.
