摘要
船舶主机选型需考虑各种技术与经济因素 .满足基本技术要求的主机往往有多个 ,如何选择最理想主机 ,是一个不确定性多属性决策问题 .文中针对一个实际例子加以说明 ,并提出了一种基于传统的多属性决策方法——逼近理想解的排序方法 ( TOPSIS)与证据结合准则相结合的方法来解决该问题 .结果证明 。
Marine main engine's selection is affected by some technical and economical factors . When some alternatives which satisfy basic technical requirements are selected, how to select the best one is a MADM with uncertainty problem. This paper presents a practical example to explain the reason. Combining traditional TOPSIS method and evidence combination rule based on the evidence theory, this paper illustrates the procedure to solve the problem. It is demonstrated that this approach can solve this kind of problem in a rational way.
