摘要
波形检测是模拟电路故障分析中的重要方法之一,本文介绍了利用自相关函数来完成波形检测的一种故障检测算法及具体实现。
Waveform inspection is one of the important methods for fault analysis in analog circuit.This paper introduces a fault detection algorithm that applies auto-correlation function to accomplish waveform inspection and also gives an implementation of the algorithm.
