就业是民生之本 ,社会就业问题直接关系到改革、发展和稳定的大局 ,研究就业潜力、开拓就业领域问题至关重要。本文综合新疆情况 ,结合产业结构的调整和升级、城市化进程加速及我国加入WTO等因素 ,就新疆就业现状及就业潜力进行分析 。

Employment is a foundation of the people's livelihood, and it concerns social reform,development and stability. Therefore, it is very important to study the potentiality of obtaining employment and create the field of obtaining employment. Combining the reality of Xinjiang, the auther analyses the current situation and employment potentiality, and puts forward some consulting suggestions.
