从金融体系安全和资本市场的协调发展出发 ,中国应该大力发展企业债券市场。本文在对目前我国企业债券市场发展滞后的历史原因、现实障碍进行分析的基础上 。

From the angle of the security of financial system and the harmonious development of capital market, we should develop corporate bond market greatly. On the basis on the analysis of the historic reasons and practical obstacles that baffle the development of corporate bond market, this paper gives some suggestions.
