Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture with DHS

目的 观察DHS治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效 ,并总结其经验。方法 对 5 2例股骨转子间骨折患者采用DHS治疗。结果 全部 5 2例患者经 6～ 18个月随访 ,平均 12个月 ,所有骨折均获得骨性愈合 ,关节功能恢复较为满意。优良率为 94 .2 %。结论 DHS是治疗股骨转子间骨折的理想方法之一 ,具有操作简便 ,手术损伤小 ,固定牢固 ,可早期功能锻炼等优点。

Objective To observe the effect and summarize the experience of DHS for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Fifty-two cases of femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated by DHS. Results All patients were follow-up 6 to 18 months, with an average 12 months. All the fractures were healed and the function of hips were satisfactory. The excellent and good rate was 94.2%. Conclusion DHS is one of ideal choice to treat femoral intertrochanteric fracture. It had advantage such as simple operation, little operative damage, firm fixation, recovered quickly and capable to early exercises.
