摘要
在集气管线中一旦出现水合物堵塞,就要进行解堵,但通常比较困难,而且影响正常运行,有时还会引起事故。因此,对于新投产或已正常运行的集气管线,如何预先判定在什么位置、什么条件下会形成水合物堵塞,如何采取经济有效的解堵预防措施,一直是天然气界十分关注的问题。在前人工作的基础上,运用化工热力学和数值分析等基本原理,并结合水合物生成动力学机理及气体水合物分子热力学模型,将天然气水合物分子热力学和集气管线中天然气动力学有机结合起来,建立了集气管线天然气水合物堵塞预测模型。利用建立的数学模型,并在参考国内外有关资料基础上,研制了集气管线天然气水合物堵塞预测软件GGP-NGH1.0。
Once hydrates block gas production system,it is difficult to eliminate blockages,often influence run,bring accident indeed. To gas gathering pipelines, It's very important to advance to prediction the beginning location of hydrates formation to inject inhibitor. This study is purport to safely, high efficiency in Gas gathering pipelines. \;In this paper,a hydrate formation thermodynamic model for predict hydrate formation conditions has been formulated based on numerical analysis,chemical engineering thermodynamics,heat transfer theories, etc. By combining the model and dynamics of gas production system,the beginning location of hydrates formation of hydrate formation has been predicted. Hydrate plug forecast software(GGP-NGH 1.0) whose language is Visual Basic has been developed that furnish the foundations for predicting hydrate blocking problems of gas gathering pipelines.
