我国农业生产经营模式的演变及今后的选择

The Evolution of the Management Pattern and the Future Choice for the Agriculture Production in the Mainland of China

党的十一届三中全会以来,随着改革的深化,我国农业生产经营模式虽不断得到完善,但与农业产业化发展的客观要求仍不相适应,这是当前我国农业产业化发展受阻的主要原因。因此,从扩大经营规模着手,辅之以国家政策的配套为外部条件,以建立农民增收的长效机制为核心,创新农业生产经营模式是当前我国农业产业化发展的紧迫任务。

After the 3rd Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Congress, getting along with going deep into the reform, although the agriculture management pattern has been promoted, but it has not adapted itself to fit the objective need of the agricultural industrialization yet. That's the main reason why the agricultural industrialization has met its obstacle of the development nowadays. Therefore, it will be a pressing task to bring forth new ideas into the agricutural management pattern for agricultural industrialization at present.
