摘要
从分析法律意识的内涵入手 ,提出大学生法律意识教育应遵循的基本原则 ,并分析当前大学生法律意识教育的现状及其存在问题 ,寻找提高大学生法律意识教育实效性的有效途径 。
Based on an analysis of the connotation of “law consciousness”, this paper proposes a few basic principles to follow in conducting “law consciousness education”. It discusses the present status of such education among university students, analyzes the existing problems, and probes the effective approaches for conducting such education so as to realize the fundamental strategy of governing the country by law.
