农业、农民、农村问题,是中国民主革命、社会主义革命和现代化建设的基本问题,农村社会的发展、稳定和繁荣、农业现代化的进程和农民的现代化,直接关系到中共的执政地位和中国特色社会主义事业的兴衰,决定着全面建设小康社会的目标的实现和中华民族的伟大复兴的历史进程。在历史的曲折演进中,中共对"三农"问题进行了长期的理论与实践探索,丰富了马克思主义的理论宝库,为建设中国特色社会主义提供了十分重要的历史鉴戒。

The 'three rural problems' in China refer to the issues about agriculture, farmers and countryside, which are essential to the democratic revolution, socialist revolution and the construction of modernization. The realization of the all-round development of the well-off society and the significant revival of China depend a lot on the rural development, stability, prosperity and modernization which play a direct and important role in the construction of socialist society with Chinese characteristics. The Chinese Communist Party has long been involved in the theoretical and practical research and exploration, which leads to the rich theory of Marxism and provides the significant reference for the socialist society with Chinese characteristics.
