Muxin, a provincial military officer and the emperor's son-in-law in Ming Dynasty, has been in service of such emperors as Yongle, Hongxi, Xuande, Zhengtong, Jingtai. He is the person with glorious achievements and one of emperor's honored relatives, but there are no biographical records for him in such documents as History of Ming Dynasty, The True Records of Events in Ming Dynasty. The facts about his life and activities are ascertained, textually criticized and analyzed, and so is the fact that he received orders to send the general prefect to construct Wudang Mount and informed the government of 'the propitious conformability to the desired destiny' in Wudang Moutan to publicize the God/Heaven-given power theory. The further discussion is made on Muxin's poems and calligraphy about Wudang nature and culture.
