摘要
综合分析了化学镀镍各因素对施镀质量的影响 ,并对施镀过程的某些规律进行了探讨。当镀液配方中的硫酸镍和次亚磷酸钠含量分别为 2 9g/L和 31g/L、镀液pH值为 4 .5~ 5 .2、施镀温度为 80~ 85℃时 ,可使镀层中的磷含量达到 13%~ 15 % ,从而具有优异的耐蚀性和耐磨性。上述镀液适用于泵、阀、换热器等易蚀设备和易磨损零件 (如齿轮、轴承等 )的涂覆。
The impact of different factors of Ni- plating on plating quality is analyzed and some laws in plating are studied. The phosphorus content in the plated layer is 13%~15%, resulting in good corrosion and erosion resistance performance when nickel sulfate and sodium phospite in the plating formulation is 29g/mL and 31g/L respectively, the pH value is 4.5~5.2 and plating temperature is 80~85 oC. The above plating solution is suitable for plating pumps, valves, heat exchangers and other mechanical parts (such as gears and bearings) which are susceptible to corrosion.
