瓦氏黄颡鱼肝和胰的组织学及超微结构 被引量:21

摘要 采用组织化学和电镜技术对瓦氏黄颡鱼肝脏和胰腺结构进行研究。结果表明:越冬期间肝细胞内糖原颗粒减少,脂滴分解;肝细胞具有明显的双态现象,依据细胞质电子密度的高低可区分为"L"型肝细胞和"D"型肝细胞,偶见双核肝细胞;2~3个相邻的肝细胞间形成毛细胆管;相邻肝细胞质膜连接处有紧密连接结构,肝细胞与毛细胆管、终末胆小管和肝血窦接触面则有许多微绒毛。胰腺腺泡细胞锥形,内含异常发达的粗面型内质网和核糖体,泡心细胞、成纤维细胞清晰可见;内分泌部细胞经组织化学染色,可分为A,B和D细胞3种类型。 The structures of liver and pancreas in Pelteobagrus vachelli were studied by histochemistry and electron microscopy. Glycogen reduced and lipid droplet disappeared in the hepatocytes of over-wintering P. vachelli. The hepatocytes showed a distinct dimorphism and two types were identified based on their electron density, i.e. light cells (L) and dark cells (D). Bi-nuclear hepatocytes were occasionally observed. A bile canaliculus existed among 2 to 3 hepatocytes. Tight junctions were seen between adjacent hapatocytes, microvillis between hepatocytes and bile canaliculus, end bile canaliculus and sinusoids. Pancreas cells were awl-shaped and had highly developed rough endo-plasmic reticulum (RER) and ribosome. Centroacinar cells and fibroblast were clearly discernable. Histochemically stained, the cells of Langerhans' island were divided into types A, B and D.
