摘要
采用灌喂方法研究牛磺酸对草鱼肠道和肝胰脏消化酶活性的影响,包括时间梯度试验和浓度梯度试验2部分。结果表明:(1)肠道蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性均在灌喂后2h达到峰值,肝胰脏蛋白酶、淀粉酶活性分别在2h和5h达到峰值而脂肪酶活性则随时间延长一直升高;(2)肠道蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性分别在灌喂浓度为0.8,0.8和1.0mg/mL时达到峰值,肝胰脏3种消化酶的活性则分别在灌喂浓度为0.2,0.6和0.8mg/mL时达到峰值。
Digestive enzyme activities in the intestine and hepatopancreas of grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) were determined 0, 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 h after infusing with taurine at a concentration of 0.4 mg/mL and a dose of 1 mL/50 g (wet body weight), or 2 h after infusing with taurine at concentrations of 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0, 1.4 and 1.8 mg/mL. The results showed that moderate infusion of taurine markedly improved digestive enzyme activities in Ctenopharyngodon idellus, but excess taurine infusion depressed protease activity.
