中国被毛孢RCEF0273培养工艺的研究 被引量:25

摘要 以提高菌丝生物量为目的,对中国被毛孢RCEF0273菌株的固体和液体培养工艺进行研究。结果表明,固体培养的最佳氮源为奶粉,其后依次为黄豆粉、酵母粉和麸皮,最差的为蛋白胨和NH4NO3;碳源对此菌的生长影响较小,比较适合的碳源为葡萄糖、蔗糖和果糖,其次为乳糖、淀粉等。应用正交设计方法研究接种量、CMC浓度以及添加玻璃珠的数量对菌丝生物量的影响,结果显示,30%的接种量可显著提高菌丝的生物量,而添加CMC或玻璃珠不利于菌丝生长。 In this paper, Hirsutella sinensis strain RCEF0273 was studied to get more mycelia biomass by changing the liquid and solid culture conditions.The best nitrogen and carbon sources were selected through solid culture. The results showed that of all nitrogen sources milk powder was the best, then soybean powder, yeast powder and bran in turn, and peptone and NH_4NO_3 the last. Glucose and sucrose were the better carbon sources than starch. The effect of CMC concentration, the inoculating amount and the number of beadings in flask on the growth of mycelia was studied in liquid culture. The results revealed that the inoculating amount of 30% was the best. CMC and beadings decreased the mycelia biomass respectively.
