摘要
本文对投资银行参与企业并购进行了理论分析和功能阐述,指出投资银行在企业并购中起着不容忽视的作用;同时从经营收入、融资现状、人员素质、业务水平等方面分析了我国投资银行参与企业并购存在的问题,并提出了相应的一些对策建议。
The thesis analyzes in theory the investment bank taking part in business merger and states its function. From the aspects of turn-over, funding condition, employees quality and operation level, the thesis analyzes some problems existed in the merge activity and puts forward some counter-measures.
