This paper introduces impact factors and their influencing elements. Taking the journal of Nanjing University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper gives the countermeasures of enlarging the impact factors of the journal. The main methods are as follows: shortening the publishing period, improving the quality of checking the manuscripts and enlarging the manuscript sources.
