摘要
通过均匀试验,研究了短碳纤维对高性能混凝土工作性、力学性能和微观结构的影响。研究结果表明,短碳纤维的掺入,能改善高性能混凝土由于自缩、湿胀造成的脆性大、抗拉强度低及应力——应变曲线远不及普通混凝土等。拉压比由原来的1/10~1/15增大到1/6—1/8,拌合物的保水性、粘聚性有明显改善,并用SEM对断裂表面进行了分析。本研究在短碳纤维高性能混凝土的配比设计和优化中,利用了均匀试验设计、SPSS、MATLAB、SEM等先进方法和技术及测试手段,试验证明结果理想。
Effects on workable and mechanic capacity and microstructure of short carbon fiber to HPC were studied by uniform test. The reslt sows that short carton fiber can improve HPC's shortcoming: high brittleness, lower tensile strength and stress causing by self-shrinkage and bulking. Ratio between pulling strength and pressing strength increased from 1/10 to 1/15 to 1/6~1/8. Water retentitivy and cohesion of mixture improved clearly. It analyzed crack surface by SEM. The researching process utilized advanced methods, technology and testing way including the uniform test design, SPSS, MATLAB, SEM. for short carbon fiber and HPC's mixture ratio design and optimization.
