将以全氟聚醚羧酸0~2.7kPa下的<130℃馏分和130~150℃馏分为原料制得的两个全氟聚醚酰胺磺酸钠表面活性剂ANF Ⅰ和ANF Ⅱ,分别与十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵(ANH)、十八烷基磺酸钠(CAH)或辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NOH)等表面活性剂复配,考察了复配物对稠油的降粘性能。结果表明,加入0.03%的复配物,稠油的表面张力降至22~30mN/m。ANF Ⅰ与十二烷基二甲基苄基溴化铵复配的降粘剂DX 1的降粘效果最显著,对渤海绥中稠油或辽河稠油的降粘率为93%~99%,且具有耐高温性能。
The viscosity reduction for heavy oils by using a mixture of perfluoropolyether-sulfonate ANF-I, ANF-II, which were made from <130°C or 130-150°C at (0-2.7 kPa) fractions of perfluoropolyether carboxylic acid, and hydrocarbon surfactants was investigated. The results show that the surface tension of the heavy oil with 0.03% addition of mixed surfactant, named viscosity reducer, is reduced to the range of 22-30 mN/m. The viscosity reduction of viscosity reducer DX-1 mixed from ANF-I and dodecyldimethylbenzyl-ammoniumbromide was more remarkable for the heavy oils from Bohai or Liaohe oilfield with viscosity reduction of 93%-99%, and DX-1 was high temperature tolerant.
