摘要
柔性管理先进的人文理念与管理理论导向如果引入到我国的行政管理领域,必然首先会对我国传统行政的上层建筑造成建设性的冲击,我国具有时代特色和科学内涵的行政价值观念的建构也可从中得到很好的借鉴。
Flexible management's advanced humanism and management theory would be introduced into administration researching field of our country, which will cause and strike the traditional superstructure of our country constructivly at first, then our country will get very good reference to construct administrative value with era characteristic and scientific intension.
