摘要
田间条件下选择226个大豆品种(系),在不同磷水平下测定其产量、百粒重。株高、分枝和节数变化规律。以这五种指标的系统聚类分析结果表明,供试大豆基因型可以划分为四种类型。结合产量的变化双重筛选,得到43种对磷素敏感性不同的基因型;第二年用同样方法进行筛选,认定了5种磷高效基因型和4种磷低效基因型。
Two hundred and twenty-six soybean genotypes in soil with different phosphorus fertilizers were used to compare their changes in grain yield ,hundred grains weight, length of plant,branching of plant and node , based on system analysis the results showed that these soybean. genotypes were divided into four types.Forty-three different P sensitive genetic variations were selected according to the changes of their grain yield . In the next year, thirty-five P-efficient genotypes and four P-inefficient genotypes were selected by the same ways.
