温州市粮食综合生产能力分析与思考

The Analysis and Ponderation on Comprehensive Production Capability in Wenzhou

粮食是关系国计民生的重要物资,抓好粮食生产,确保粮食安全,是农业结构战略性调整的前提条件,也是农民特别是粮食主产区农民增加收入的重要途径。笔者从温州市近几年粮食生产现状出发,对温州市粮食综合生产能力进行调查与分析,明确提出确保粮食生产能力的具体措施与对策。

After foodstuff comprehensive production capability in Wenzhou are investigated and analyzed according to Wenzhou current situation of foodstuff production in recent years, Wenzhou has been definitely recognized as foodstuff sales territory. Though the fact that Wenzhou is lack of foodstuff can4't be changed presently, there is still room to improve foodstuff production capability. In order to guarantee the foodstuff production capability, we point out that we should establish stable and fixed foodstuff production base and strengthen agriculture infrastructure, hasten agriculture technology promotion as our concrete measurement and counter measurement.
