摘要 2004年亚洲经济缓慢复苏,将以2%～5%的速度增长,而中国的经济将仍以7%的速度增长,这在很大程度上得益于民营企业的发展.随着中国加入WTO经济全球化趋势加剧,国内经济加快转型,民营企业也将进入"二次创业"的高峰期.民营企业如何改善内外的融资环境,适应新形式,促进经济发展将成为一个亟待解决的关键问题.
