胶接法封堵灌浆孔在小浪底压力钢管工程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 小浪底水利枢纽工程压力钢管部分采用800MPa级高强钢,由于高强钢焊接条件苛刻,裂纹敏感度高,若采用传统的焊接法封堵灌浆孔,施工难度大,易产生裂纹,所以经过缜密研究和试验,最后选择用SIKA胶封堵灌浆孔。经过5年来的运行考验,用SIKA胶封堵的灌浆孔完好无损,证明了胶接法封堵压力钢管灌浆孔的可行性。 The penstock of Xiaolangdi Multipurpose Project used high-strength steel of 800 MPa partly. Because the high-strength steel requires the condition of welding strictly, the crack susceptibility is high. If using the traditional method to close the grouting holes, it is very difficult to construct and easy to produce the cracks. On the careful study and tests, we chose SIKA glue to close the grouting holes. Through the operation over the past 5 years, it has proved that it is feasible to use glue to close the grouting holes of penstock.
