摘要
提出了一种光纤光栅振动传感中的温度补偿方法,用两个光纤光栅进行应变差动,温度影响作为共模量得到抑制。实验结果表明,补偿后在345℃范围内所测波长差变化量仅为0.03nm,敏感度降低到补偿前的1/14,振动频率达到715Hz时仍能检测到不失真的波形。讨论了影响频带宽度和灵敏度的主要因素。
A technique to compensate the temperature in fiber grating vibration sensor is reported. It uses two FBGs as strain differential sensor to suppress the temperature effects.By using the technique, it is experimentally proved that the total variation in wavelength difference within the range of 3~45 ℃ is 0.03 nm,and the sensitivity is reduced to 1/14 of the uncompensated fiber Bragg grating.When the input vibration frequency is up to 715 Hz, the output waveform is still distortionless.The main factors affected the sensitivity and the width of frequency band are also discussed.
