摘要
对无机类富勒烯(MS_2)纳米化合物的主要制备方法、过渡金属二硫化物的层状结构特征和电子结构特征、制备过程中硫替代氧的微观机制、层状结构的剥离机制和计算机模拟结果等方面进行了综述,并提出了无机类富勒烯(MS_2)纳米化合物制备的发展趋势。
The main approach of producing inorganic fullerene-like(MS_2) nano-compounds were briefly analyzed and introduced. The layer and electron structure characteristics of transitional metal disulfide were discussed. The micro-mechanism on the replacement of oxygen by sulfur and peeling of layer structure, calculator simulation results were reviewed. Based on the above, the trend progress on inorganic fullerenelike(MS_2) nano-compounds was presented.
