Application of PBC Technology in Concentrated Sode Recycle Pump

PBC作为一种摩擦表面改性、修复剂,因其特殊的作用机理,从而表现出较为显著的减摩抗磨特性。在相同的工况下,就浓碱循环泵添加PBC前后使用的状况进行对比,确定了PBC能改善润滑状况和具有较好的减摩抗磨特性。

As a type of friction surface modifier and recondition agent, PBC had good reduced friction and abrasion resistance. At the same work condition, the state o recycle pump after adding PBC was compared with the state without PBC, and the results showed the PBC could improved the greasy property of the recycle pump.
