摘要
对湘沅-AQG型耕整机齿轮传动箱进行研究,建立优化设计的数学模型,在满足传动比和传递功率及使用要求的条件下,优化加工制造工艺,合理选择齿轮传动的技术参数,从而达到用料最少,成本最低的优化设计目标.优化改进后传动箱质量比早期同类传动箱质量减轻25%,成本降低10%,比同期其他耕整机传动箱最多可降低成本约26.3%.
The mathematical model of its optimal design for the gear transmission case of Xiangyuan--AQG plough-and-harrow cultivator was developed,to save its raw materials,reduce the weight,cut down the expenses and improve its performances.Under the required condition for the transmission ratio,power and relevant usage of the gear transmission case,this model can be used to produce optimum production process and more reasonable parameters for the case so that its total cost reaches the lowest level.Based on the results produced by the model,improvements are made on the design and production of the gear transmission case.The results indicate that the improved case reduces weight by 25% and cost by 10 % ~ 26.3% in comparison with the original one.
