全面、协调、可持续发展的科学发展观,给出了中国经济社会发展问题的解决之道即统筹协调。城乡之间、区域之间发展的不平衡以及对自然资源的过度开发,使很多地方的生态环境不断恶化,严重影响了经济发展和社会稳定。严峻的现实、沉痛的教训迫使人们必须抛弃传统发展观,不仅关注“如何发展得更快”,而且要搞清“为了什么发展”和“怎样的发展才是好的发展”等问题。这就要求利用科学发展观分析经济社会发展现状,调整经济社会发展战略。

The view of the scientific development which is overall,harmonious and lasting offers a solution to the developing problem of the economic society in China:overall coordination. The unbalance of the development between cities and the countryside and among different districts and the over-exploiting of the natural resources, result in the serious deterioration of ecosystem environment and the serious influence on economic developlment and social stability. The rigorous facts and painful lessons make people realize that they must abandon the traditional view of development, and must pay attention to and make clear-'How to develop faster''what's the purpose of development'and'What kind of development is the good one?芽'etc. This requires us to use the view of scieltific development to analyze the present developing condition of the economic society,and to adjust the developing strategy of the economic society.
