实现农村剩余劳动力的有序流动,既是涉及农民自身利益的重要问题,也是事关整个经济和社会发展的重要课题。农村剩余劳动力有序流动对社会经济协调发展起着重要作用,但在目前的实际工作中存在较多的问题,必须结合实际进行分析,并找到有效的解决方法。

Achieving the flows of the rural surplus labors in order involves the important problems of the peasants'interests,and it is an important subject which concerns development of the whole economy and society. In this paper, the important role of it and the outstanding problems existing in the practical work are discussed, and then countermeasures are put forward accordingly.
