河南省学位与研究生教育现状分析和发展思路初探

On the Current Situation and Development Thought of Academic Degree and Graduate Education in Henan Province

学位与研究生教育是河南省高等教育的重要组成部分,是推动河南省全面建设小康社会,实施"高层次突破"发展战略的重要力量。在总结认识河南省学位与研究生教育现状和成就的基础上,找出存在的问题,明确当前面临的机遇与挑战,提出河南省今后学位与研究生教育"一条主线、三个重点"的发展思路,即加速我省学位与研究生教育的发展,加强导师队伍建设;提高研究生教育质量;增育完善有序的研究生教育环境。

Academic degree and graduate education is not only an important part in Henan higher education, but also the important force in promoting the all-round construction of a comfortably-off society and fulfilling the development strategy of 'the breakthrough in high-level talents'. This paper finds out the problems existing in academic degree and graduate education and defines the chances and strategy in current situation, and puts forward that the development thought of 'one mainstay, three stresses' in Henan province in the future.
