该文通过测定元素含量、利用金相显微镜、电镜及能谱对20MnSi螺纹钢中的夹杂产生原因及生成工艺进行了分析.研究结果表明,不合理的工艺是夹杂物产生的一个重要原因.

The causes of the inclusions generated in 20MnSi ribbed rebar and the manufacturing techniques are studied using element determination, metallographic examination, electron microscope sca-(nning,) energy spectrometer, etc., in this paper. It is shown that an important cause of producing inclusions is the irrational techniques used.
