模糊可靠性分析方法及其在高炉送风系统中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 高炉系统是炼铁生产的核心环节,其可靠性和安全性要求极高.但由于该系统的复杂性和可修复性,使得传统的可靠性分析方法在对这一系统进行分析时,具有不适用性.该文提出一种复杂可修制造系统的模糊可靠性分析方法,突破传统可靠性分析中不考虑可修复性或考虑不全的缺陷,建立了符合系统实际的模糊可靠性分析模型,并给出高炉送风系统的应用实例. A blast furnace system is the core in iron refining. Therefore it is important to improve its reliability and safety. As the blast furnace system is complicated and repairable, the traditional ways of reliability analysis are not suitable. In view of this, a fuzzy reliability approach to the analysis of blast furnace systems is introduced in this paper. An example of the blast furnace air supply system provides a further explanation.
