改善工作面环境与安全的采煤机工作参数的研究

Study of Shearer's Working Parameters to Improve Environment and Safety on Coalface

本文通过综合分析,提出了有效降低采煤机截割粉尘的方法,并从减少粉尘出发,讨论了采煤机有关参数的合理设计问题。所得结论对于降低工作面的粉尘、改善工作面环境和保障工人的健康、延长设备的使用寿命,以及对提高煤炭生产的安全性都具有重要的意义。

In this paper, the methods for effectively reducing the cutting dust of shearer are put forward by comprehensive analysis, and the rational design problems relevant to shearer parameters are discussed from the view of reducing dust. The conclusion has significant meanings for reducing (coalface's) dust, improving (coalface's) environment, ensuring worker's health, prolonging the using life of equipment and increasing safety of coal production.
