从WTO文本翻译看译文的可接受性

On the Acceptability from the Translation of WTO Texts

WTO文本主要为法律类文本。WTO文本英语可以说是法律英语中的一个分支，具有专门的语体。要提高译文的可接受性，就要注意文本的特殊语义信息与风格信息的传递，使译文读起来既符合原文的意思，又顺应汉语的阅读理解习惯，使译入语读者获得原文读者同样的效果。

WTO texts are mainly legal documents. WTO textual English can be regarded as a branch of legal English, which contains specific features. To raise the acceptability of the translation, we shall pay attention to the transmission of both the specific meaning and style in the texts. The translation shall maintain the original authenticity, but may sound more comprehensible to Chinese readers, and may bring the same reading effect to the translation readers.
