根据钢结构住宅的发展现状和前景,结合镇江市某钢结构住宅试点工程的设计,重点讨论钢结构住宅结构设计过程中若干值得注意的问题并探讨相应对策,包括钢结构住宅结构体系的布置、构件的截面选择、不同节点形式的比较和选取,墙体材料ALC(AutoclavedLightweightConcrete)板的特点,卫生间、厨房的防水设计和在平面中位置的选择。为了克服钢楼梯传音强的问题,提出了一种施工简捷、值得推广的楼梯做法以及压型钢板混凝土组合楼盖体系的构造要求等。
