摘要
论文介绍了钢缆皮带的分类分级故障模型 ,将系统故障按照故障引起的后果和故障类型进行分类分级 ,以及依照这个模型建立的操作保护系统 ,同时介绍了基于双PLC的操作保护系统的硬件构成和软件结构。系统使用实践证明此模型的可应用性 ,提高了整个系统的可靠性 ,增加了系统故障诊断的快速性。
The paper introduces a classified fault model of mine cable wire belt,as well as,the hardware and software structures of operation and protection system based on it.The application of this model has testified the reliability of it and its remarkable speed in diagnosing and reducing system faults.
