大型露天矿山胶带排土工艺的研究

本文对胶带排土工艺进行了详细的研究,包括初始路堤的形成方法,排土方式、方法,胶 带机的移设过程,“死区”处理方法等,对不同的排土方式、方法,首次给出了排土参数的计算式,以 大孤山铁矿为例,确定了胶带排土工艺有关参数。

The paper makes a detailed technology study of adhesive tape drainage rock in large open-pit mines, including forming method of first embankment, way and method of drainage rock, moving process of adhesive tape and process method of 'dead area' etc. On the basis of different way and method of drainage rock, the calculate formula of drainage rock parameters have been put forward, as an example of Da Gushan mine, drainage rock parameters have been determined.
