摘要
依据循环型多风机并联空气幕的有效压力公式设计确定空气幕及其布置形式,并在甘肃某矿进行现场应用试验,结果表明空气幕具有风门隔断风流的作用,与手动风门相比,其漏风率可降低25%左右,有利于提高矿井的有效风量率,改善井下的作业环境,具有推广应用价值。
Accoding To the formula of effective pressure of air curtain as a door to cut off airflow, the air curtain with multi-parallel fans and its collocation was designed. The test was done in main conveyance tunnelands of a Mine of Ganshu Province. Testing results show that the air curtain can play a significant role like a door to cut airflow. Comparing with the door opening by worker, percentage of reducing the air flow-rate through the door reaches about 25 % . The Mine work conditions have been improved because the air curtain is propitious to increase percentage of effective wind volume. So, it can be widely used in other similar cases.
