摘要
文章从高校系秘书的岗位职责出发,分析了高校系秘书的"公关角色"以及公关角色应该具备的能力。即公关信息的调研能力;公共关系工作的策划能力、沟通能力和协调能力。
Starting with the responsibility of department secretaries at colleges, this paper attempts to analyze the ' P.R. role' of department secretaries and their necessary abilities, i.e. the ability of surveying P. R. information , of planning P. R. work, and the ability of linking up and coordinating.
