Construction and Services of Electronic Information Resources in University Libraries

This paper introduces the categories, features and functions of electronic information resources in universities and probes into its construction and services. It is opined that as regards university libraries, efforts must be made to reinforce the integration of elctronic information resources so as to set up the unified counter for information retrieval and to better serve readers in their understanding and utilization of informatin resources.
