新形势网络技术的加盟和普及,对高校图书馆人员提出了新的要求,论文就我省现状与要求之间的不适应关系,提出实施教育培训的各种模式。

With the introduction and popularization of network technology, new requirements have arisen for college librarians in the new situation. In this paper, the discrepancy between the status quo of college librarians in Hainan and the new requirements has been analyzed and various models for training college librarians have been proposed.
