本文论述了国内外图书馆联盟发展的现状,探讨了我国副省级城市图书馆建立联盟的可行性,并提出建立副省级城市图书馆联盟的对策,以期对城市公共图书馆建立联盟起到示范作用。

This paper discusses the present situation of city public library unio n development; explores into the feasibility of establishing city public library union among libraries at the vice-provincial level. Meanwhile, it puts forward a countermeasure for the establishment of a Library Union, so as to play a demon strative role for establishing library union among city public libraries.
