CS经营——用户满意经营,是当今世界企业经营管理的重要趋势。本文介绍了CS经营的基本含义,分析了高校图书馆导入CS经营的现实意义,阐述了高校图书馆CS经营的内涵和特点,提出了高校图书馆CS经营的基本策略。
CS management, Customer Satisfaction Management, is an important trend in business administration in the present world. The paper introduces the funda mental implication of CS Management, analyses the practical significance that CS Management makes in the management of university libraries, elaborates the inte nsion and distinguishing features of CS Management in university libraries, and proposes the fundamental tactics of CS Management in university libraries.
