The paper puts emphasis on strengthening sci-tech innovative and publi c welfare service capability of agricultural university libraries, and on establ ishing and improving its service systems. This will be beneficial to the improve ment of library academic level, management level and service level. This paper a nalyzes the innovative and public welfare service capacities of agricultural uni versity libraries in the aspect of agricultural information resources and explor es into the approaches of agricultural libraries during the period of Chinese Ed ucation and the Computer Net of Technology II (CERNT 2).
