本文论述了传统的图书馆员要适应时代发展的需要,转变角色,从传统的图书管理员转变为知识导航员,改变服务内容、服务方式,在信息资源数字化的今天,深化对信息的组织、加工,加强自身素质的提高,做真正的知识导航员。

The paper expounds that traditional librarian should get adapted to th e requirement of age development, and change role from a traditional librarian t o a knowledge navigator. Librarian should change service contents, service metho ds and deepen the organization and processing of information in digital age. At last, the author puts forward recommendations that librarian should strengthen d iathesis and service as a genuine knowledge navigator.
