摘要
通过对储油罐原油温度实时监测报警系统的温度数据整理、分析和研究,总结出原油储罐纵向温度分布规律:环境温度对液面下0.5m油层的温度影响较大;储油罐中顶层原油的温度最低.应对储油罐浮船采取保温措施,以节约能源和延长原油的留罐时间.
A multitude of data which are obtained by real-time monitoring and warning system used to measure the oil temperature in oil tank are arranged andanalyzed. A series of longitudinal temperature distribution laws in the oil tank are summarized. Environment temperature exerts the heaviest effect on oil layer 0.5 m below the liquid surface. The temperature on the top layer of the oil tank is the lowest. Meanwhile, insulation measures should be taken for the buoyancy module of the tank in order to save energy and prolong the period of storage of the oil in the tank.
