Today,the viewpoint that a lawyer is an a gent has been established all over the country. But we simply understand the nat ure of an agent superficially, which leads to a situation that a lawyer becomes a representative of the party and can’t bring his nature of profession into pla y. It is exigent for us to understand the profound nature of an agent and promot e his dignity and sense of mission.
