摘要 目前人们对沥青胶浆的作用认识模糊,在沥青混合料设计中,没有对其给予应有的重视。采用SHRP仪器动态剪切流变仪(DSR)和弯梁流变仪(BBR)对沥青胶浆的性能进行分析,试验研究了粉胶比对沥青胶浆的高温性能和低温性能的影响。结果表明粉胶比对沥青混合料性能有非常重要的影响,对粉胶比应进行合理的限制,如果从高温指标分析,粉胶比不宜超过1.4;而从低温指标分析,粉胶比不宜超过1.2;在沥青混合料设计中确定沥青用量和级配曲线时应严格控制粉胶比小于1.2,并用水筛法确定0.075mm通过量。 Asphalt mortar is not paid enough attention in the asphalt mixture design currently. The asphalt mortar property was studied with SHRP equipment Dynamic Shear Rheometer and Bend Beam Rheometer, the effect of ratio of filler bitumen on performance of mortar at high temperature and low temperature were tested and analyzed. The tests results indicate that the asphalt mortar is a key factor influencing performance of asphalt mixture, the ratio of filler bitumen should be controlled rationally, it should not exceed 1.4 in accordance with high temperature performance and not exceed 1.2 with low temperature performance.
