监控中心是公路货物运输动态跟踪系统的中枢,能够实现车辆监控、货物信息查询、货物动态跟踪等功能。在分析监控中心货运信息数据库、公路电子地图数据库建库的基础上,利用VB6.0和MAPOBJECTS2.0控件开发了单机版监控软件的GIS模块和货运信息管理模块,基于实验数据,模拟了车辆单点定位、车辆监控和货物跟踪功能,为进一步完善系统功能奠定了基础,在陕西省公路快速货物运输系统研究应用中取得良好效果。

The monitoring center is an important part of road freight dynamic tracking system, which can realize vehicle monitoring and information inquiry. On the base of analyzing the freight information database and road electronic map database of Shaanxi province, it uses VB 6.0 and MAPOBJECTS 2.0 to design the GIS module and freight information management module. Using the testing data, it realizes the functions of vehicle positioning, vehicle monitoring and freight tracking.The testing results prove that this system can be realized by modern technique, which will bring into play in fast freight transportation.
